3. Wardrobe Photos
Photos uploaded to your wardrobe are used to provide ADAIVA's wardrobe and styling features. You can delete your wardrobe photos or delete your ADAIVA account.
4. Storage and Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure.
5. Third-Party Services
ADAIVA may use third-party service providers to operate certain features of the app. These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Subscriptions and payments made through the ADAIVA mobile application may be processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. ADAIVA does not directly process or store your payment card details for these purchases.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. You may also delete your ADAIVA account through the app.
8. Account Deletion
Deleting your ADAIVA account permanently removes your account and associated data, including wardrobe photos, saved looks and style preferences, subject to any information we are legally required to retain.
